Brand Photography

Brand photography is much more than just a headshot, Brand photos are all about showcasing the personality of your business through beautiful behind the scenes images of your work or a documentary-style session of you and your business in action providing a service or product. I work primarily with solo entrepreneurs and local small businesses in Calgary, and have a sweet spot for Moms or women in business - because I can relate so much. I understand that budgets for marketing and photos are often small compared to corporate world and yet there is huge importance of high-quality photos to show off your brand and draw clients in. Whether you need images for a full website refresh and printed promotional material or for ongoing social media content, I have a package for you and I am also happy to completely customize if you don’t see what you’re looking for.

  • Session Fee: $250. This is required at time of booking and is separate from the collection; the same fee applies regardless of session length. This fee covers communications, bookings the date(s) and a full brand consult so I can get to know exactly what your brand is all about which helps guide how I capture it and what exactly you’re looking for in terms of photos. I also love showing off the people/businesses I get to know, and will usually feature you through my own social media and/or website with links to your platform or website.

  • Collections: Options for coverage hours and number of photos. This all depends on how many sessions you want over a year and what needs you have for photography. Photos from any session include fully edited high resolution images and a commercial license to use these images in any way you wish for your business - social media, website, printed promo materials, etc. Payment is due on the day before the session.

  • Add-Ons: Business/Promo Cards and Promotional film.There is no obligation to purchase anything additional and printed material does not need to be ordered or even decided in advance. Every package includes the edited high resolution digital images, and for many people that is enough or they choose to do their own printing. The promotional film, however, does need an upfront commitment and more details are below.

SHORT and SWEET

This is a great starting place if you’re looking for a few key images (ex. headshot, homepage banner image, etc) and a bit of social media content to start showing off your brand.

  • One session

  • Up to 1 hour coverage

HAPPY MEDIUM

- $800

This is ideal when you’re really looking to show off you and your business. It can help clients get to know you by documenting the unique aspects of you and your business. It is also worth considering when you offer at least a couple different types of services or products, want to capture events or want photos during different seasons of the year.

  • Up to 4 hours coverage

  • Can be split over 2 days within 1 year

  • Minimum 150 digital images

The FUll Story

- $1450

Help your future clients really get to know everything about what makes your business unique and help it stand out from the crowd. Capture “behind the scenes” and a variety of multipurpose content. This package gives you enough hours and photos to capture the personal side of your business and any products/services you offer.

  • Up to 8 hours coverage

  • Can be split over 3 days within 1 year

  • Minimum 350 digital images

Add-ons

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

If you’ve already committed to “The Full Story” package for a year, then you can add on additional sessions/hours at only $150/1h session or $250/2h session, each coming with an additional 25+ final photos per hour of coverage.

CARDS

Professionally designed and printed business cards - starting at $100 for 50 cards

Professionally designed and printed promotional postcards or client greeting cards - starting at $200 for 100 cards

Promotional VIdeo

This is an amazing way to show off your business through a feature film or several smaller videos that can be used for marketing. It can be added on to any Collection above and includes additional hours of coverage above session lengths listed, plus as much planning/consulting time as needed. I will work with you closely to figure out exactly what you would like captured about your business and compile it in a way that shows off the best and meets your purpose. Price also includes the commercial music license(s) for any background music and it can be used on websites, social media, or other online marketing. The final product length can be an all in one film or broken down to up to 3 separate videos.

  • $375 for up to 1 minute of final video product; includes 1 additional hour of coverage

  • $650 for up to 3 minutes of final video product; includes 2 additional hours of coverage

  • Please let me know if you’re looking for longer or shorter lengths of video and I will definitely customize a quote for you.
